Initiate Your Request
Log in to your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the fashion items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and authenticity cards are included inside.
Ship the Parcel
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized courier location.
Quality Check and Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return for quality compliance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
